Referral to doctors
If you do not have a treating doctor or are not covered by medical insurance, we can refer you to an appropriate doctor who will work on a lien basis. This means the doctor will wait to be paid until the case is resolved.
Dealing with Insurance company
Once you have retained our office you will no longer have to talk to any of the insurance companies or adjusters. Our office will deal with all matters involving your accident.
Property damage
If you need our assistance in getting your car repaired, we will get involved in negotiating and resolving any dispute. We take no fee from proceeds from the reimbursement for car repair or replacement.
Settlement
After you have completed treatment we will assemble all the documents regarding the losses sustained as a result of your accident. We will then forward the document to the insurance company. Within two weeks we will contact the insurance company to begin negotiating a settlement. We keep you advised of the negotiations and will settle only with your authorization.
Litigation
It is always preferable to settle a case without the necessity of filing a lawsuit. However, in those instances in which a settlement is not possible, the Law Offices of Richard A. Fisher has a proven track record of successful litigation. We make sure that all investigation is done and all evidence is available to establish liability and prove damages. Our office will be ready to proceed to trial if it is in your best interests. We advance all costs and use our full resources to bring the case to a successful conclusion.
